doing calculations involving both add/sub and mult/div.
Also, ambiguous case and using scientific notation.
• Rounding rules
• Understanding error: types of error (2) and possible causes
of these types of error. And how error can be expressed
numerically (see first handout)
• Know which type of error affects precision and which
affects accuracy.
• Calculations to quantify the amount of error
• Graphing: know rules for graphing and how to fit a line a
best fit when data points have error.
• Know extrapolation and interpolation
• You will likely be required to draw a motion graph so
