~Goals~
● My goal as a teacher is to challenge students to think critically and ultimately to make
informed decisions about their lives as well as the lives of others.
● I hope to enthuse students with a sense of curiosity, purpose, and a growth mindset that will
last a lifetime of learning.
● I aim to create a positive learning environment where students feel a sense of respect for
diversity, personal responsibility, and a strong sense of self-worth.
● I hope to develop students’ creative and problem solving skills, academic proficiency, global
awareness, appreciation for diversity, and respect for themselves.
● I strive for students to develop a sense of pride in their work and purpose in their classroom
in order to have an invested and team driven classroom community.

● From day one set up a positive behavior environment, and establish whole class rules.
● Discipline’s purpose is to teach children to learn to make better choices.
● Give students independence and responsibility.
● Communication and collaboration with child, family, and staff is crucial to supporting academic
and behavioral success.
