Humans contribute to higher greenhouse gas levels through burning fossil fuels, deforestation, livestock farming, and landfill waste. If unchecked, global warming will lead to issues like higher temperatures, damage to habitats and species, changes in water supply, and rising sea levels. Some of the sun’s rays
get,
1) Trapped in the atmosphere.
2) Reflected back into space.

warm the earth up.

Atmosphere contains various gases such as Nitrogen
(78%) ,Oxygen (21%)(but these gases don’t trap
heat) and some other gases.
The gases which trap heat make up less than 1% of
the atmosphere! They are called the ‘greenhouse
gases’.
