Global warming is caused by greenhouse gases like carbon dioxide and methane trapping heat from the sun in the Earth's atmosphere, causing the planet to get hotter each year. These greenhouse gases are emitted through human activities such as using cars, aerosols, and home appliances. A warming climate will increase the frequency and severity of extreme weather events like floods, tornadoes, and earthquakes. Some ways to help address global warming include using less aerosols, driving electric cars, upgrading home heating systems and windows, recycling, and reducing car usage. Continuing harmful human activities risks making the effects of climate change even worse.

2. Purpose
We did this project because we want you to
understand how and why Global Warming is
taking place in our world.

3. Global warming
Global warming is when the Earth gets
hotter each year because of the gases that
cause greenhouse effect, like CO2 and
methane. These gases trap some of the heat of
the sun and it can’t go out of the Earth so that it
makes the Earth hotter and hotter.

4. The greenhouse gases are gases that mix together and
they trap the heat of the sun. Some rays go back to
the space and others get trapped in our planet
making the Earth hotter each year .

6. Yes, they are because all the human activities contaminate
and they can make disasters in the future. Those activities
are: the use of cars, the use of aerosols, the use of heater
and home appliances, etc.

7. A warming climate will alter the frequency and
severity of extreme temperature events, like
floods, tornados and earthquakes.

aerosols.
2. We can help using electric
cars.
3. We should replace our old gas
or oil furnace or boiler with an
energy star model.
4. We should recycle everything
that we can.
5. Replace single glazed windows
with energy star windows.
6. Reduce the number of miles
you drive by car.
