Glenmark Pharma is a leading
integrated research-based global
pharmaceuticalcompany.
Glenmark Pharma approached
Futuready Media to conceptualize,
design and develop a Microsite for
GlenmarkPharma'sAnnualDay2016.
The site provides a destination for
employees across the globe to come
together and to explore the annual day
events and awards, make personal
contributions through photographs,
videos and messages, and most
importantly share it with others
reinforcing the credo of achievement,
respectandknowledge.
3. The corporate communication team of Glenmark
Pharma needed a digital experience that could drive
action and involvement - primarily in the form of
participation in contests, message boards and
expressing what meant toBeing a Glenmarkian
everyone.
THE GOAL
4. Futuready Media s creative team identi ed the key objectives
of the campaign through discussion with the corporate
communicationteamofGlenmarkPharma.
We then began planning activities for engagement and
shaping the user experience around these activities. At the
end of this stage, we had a solid information architecture that
was simple to navigate yet robust enough to capture key
inputs. From there, we had just under a week to design and
buildasite.

6. THE EXPERIENCE
We created 4 distinct gaming activities - quiz,
crossword, memory tiles word searchand - to
engage users on the microsite. Users could upload
photos and videos in the Photo Contest section and
comments under the Being Glenmarkian section. All
changes happen in real time, using JavaScript, giving
the user the sense that they are always on the same
page .
