The Bhagavad Gita teaches that one should not worry about things outside of their control. [1] The soul is eternal and cannot be killed. [2] Whatever has happened or will happen is for one's highest good. [3] One should dedicate themselves to God, rely on God's support, and offer all actions to God in order to be free from fear and sorrow.
