Mission TECHNOVATION CHALLENGE As more and more people use smartphones all over the world, it’s important for young people to harness the power of technology, and see themselves as creators and future influencers of this technology — not only users of it. Technovation prompts girls to be these creators by asking them to build a mobile app that addresses a community issue.
- 4. Goals TECHNOVATION CHALLENGE Teams of up to 5 girls work together to research, design, and build a mobile app prototype. Then they pitch their apps to prospective investors and receive feedback and ideas from technology industry professionals. Become a technology entrepreneur and develop a mobile app prototype that solves a real problem in your local community. Our Goals Have 2+ OHS teams compete in Technovation (High School & Middle School) and make Semi-Finalist/Finalist
