1. I don’t have enough time to workout
2. I can’t afford to eat right foods
3. I can’t afford to get out of debt
4. I can’t afford personal training books read and I don’t have time
5. I can’t call potential clients because I don’t know what to say, I don’t how
to sell
6. I can’t afford personal training equipment to attract more clients because I
have to pay my bills
7. I can’t afford to be a relationship; a girlfriend will cost more money than I
have
8. I don’t want to be in a relationship anyway; I am out of shape, not making
money, and not who I once was
9. I can’t run and workout the way I need to because of my neck, shoulder,
and Achilles
10. I can’t afford the time to spend with my family
11. I can’t even afford to get them gifts for Christmas
12. I can’t figure out how to get out of debt now that I am making more money
13. I can’t model once I get in shape because I need security of real money
I DON’T HAVE ENOUGH TIME…
• 24 HOURS IN A DAY

– IF YOU ARE SUCCESSFUL, THEN YOU ARE ABOVE THE
GROUND.
BELIEFS
2. Global beliefs - life is, I am, people are these
effect your life everyday!
– Preconceived notions – “Diet don’t work for me”
• Everything you need to feel successful , happy,
sad, depressed, worried, or whatever is inside
our brain right now.

– WAKING UP, GOING TO WORK, EATING

• Take a limiting belief and go through how you
will feel, look like, what your family will be
like, how much it will cost to you, people’s
views of you 10, 20, 30 years of pain from that
belief
• The power of NOW
• Never leave the site of a new goal without
doing something towards its attainment

I can’t afford the time to spend with my family 11. I can’t even afford to get them gifts for Christmas 12. I can’t figure out how to get out of debt now that I am making more money 13. I can’t model once I get in shape because I need security of real money
