  26. 26. Know Yourself Write a mission statement for yourself by considering the following questions: What is most important in my life? What do I want to be in my life? What will I need to do to become that? How do I want to be remembered by my family? What do I want to be known for by my office colleagues ?

Set some short-term (one day, one week, one month) and long-term (2+ years) goals.5. Schedule time to accomplish your goals.6. Recognize and deal with stress
