by their excellent mechanical and magnetic
properties.
A range of economical, high-performance grades.
UGISTEAD™
Low-nickel austenitics having characteristics
equivalent to 4301/4307 (304/304L) in identified
environments.
UGIMA®
A range of improved machineability grades
recognized by users.
It offers unmatched cutting conditions and
levels of tool wear without affecting the intrinsic
properties of the grades.
We propose 40 grades in the UGIMA®
version.
UGIMA®
HM
The new generation of UGIMA®
which further
improves the productivity of the 1.4305, 1.4404
and 1.4307 grades.
SPRINOX®
Grades with high mechanical properties for spring
applications.
UGICHROM®
Our hard chromium plating expertise is the result
of the alliance between highly efficient micro-
cracked chromium plating and the high-tech
features of the most sophisticated bars. For our
customers this is the default solution essential
for numerous cutting-edge applications (offshore,
nuclear industry, wind power, aerospace, etc.).
UGIPLEX™
L’excellent compromis corrosion - caractéristiques
mécaniques offert par les nuances austéno-
ferritiques (Duplex). Ugitech, au travers de cette
ligne de produit, propose à ses clients des
alternatives économiques (1.4362, 1.4460) aux
aciers austénitiques.
UGIPURE®
An excellent trade-off between corrosion
resistance and mechanical properties offered by
austenoferritic grades (Duplex). Via this product
line, Ugitech offers its customers economical
alternatives (1.4362, 1.4460) to austenitic steels.
Nickel base alloys
A supplementary range essential for your
applications requiring very specific properties
(corrosion resistance, thermal conductivity,
oxidation, etc.).
UGISHAPE™
The isosceles triangle mainly designed for oil and
gas filtering applications.
GRADE 1®
Is recommended in cryogenic applications (down
to -150°C) and in environments sensitive to
electromagnetic waves.
UGIWELD™
Stainless steel wires for welding.
