2. Good day, my name is Fatima M.
Coda, 21 years old, a fresh
graduate of Bachelor of Science in
Psychology at University of
Mindanao Tagum College. I lived
in Purok Pag-asa, Monte Dujali,
San Isidro, Davao Del Norte.

3. My Hobbies and interests are I love to read
books, play a lot of sports, I'm into singing with
matching play of my guitar, watching movies,
doing vlogs, and I am a Sunday school teacher
for the kids in our church so I'm into child
caring volunteering myself to teach and care
for them.

4. I search online to any job vacancy and I found your
organization that you need an HR manager so I immediately
research the qualifications and of course the background of
your organization and I found out that you are an
outstanding to all specially caring, Accommodating and
treating clients and patients. So I instantly applied for I have
the strengths being an HR manager and I have the college
degree to pass for it.

5. I want to be in this organization
because I want to ensure high quality
health care, Providing an orderly and
effectively run facility for all and
outstanding services for the patients.
And surely be performing the tasks as
hiring and recruiting with selecting
benefits, compensations and
managing personnel.

6. My strengths are being a positive one
making difficult decisions I can easily
manage it and can adapt comfortably with
any situations, I can communicate well
without hesitations at all, I'm an
approachable person, I can multitask just
like entertaining people surrounds me.
And also honestly I have the initiative to do
a lot of things.

7. My weaknesses are I have a little bit of
impatient but I easily manage it automatically
just like what I've told earlier that I am a
Sunday school teacher for the kids in our
church and its so hard to handle them but with
the grace and the help as well as the presence
of God I can control it. Second one is that I'm
putting things personally like before when
there is a misunderstanding of a situations Ill
just put it in myself for good and so no one can
be hurt or embarrassed.

have the strengths and that is to communicate
well, approachable, can handle to adapt any
situations, a hardworking person that are so
dedicated and motivated one to work, and
while working I will going to create an
