under the wound.
• One stitch was open and gas was drain out.
• This complication was seen with massive cementing
(more than two packet of cement).
• No infection
• Precautionary culture and smear for gas forming
organisms sent and found no infection.
• Stitches removed after 2 weeks.
• Mobilization with walker after 6 weeks.
