Responsibilities
At the time of new projects allocation of work is performed, after that we need to communicate
directly with clients through calls & web mails regarding Status and Quality of the project.
Thereafter, reporting the daily status (KPI) of the particular projects to the Suervisor
1) Weight Code Alignment
Role: Working in €Imdb (Item Master Database) and comparing the Italy Mainframe Legacy
Coding. Comparing the NAN (Nielsen Article Number) with Retailer Description and Weights of
Legacy coding. Giving Comments on finding wrong data while comparisons and uploading the
documents to the client.
2) New Business Activity
3. Role: Quality Control of processed documents. Running the error report on a daily basis
and apprise the team leader and members of the same, so as to ensure elimination of
repeated errors. Preparing a detailed analysis of errors not considered (with proper
reasons) to the business area on a fortnightly basis. Updation of local Characteristics
for Italy as per specific client requirement coding of client specific attributes related to
Products and working according to database required by client.
3) €IMDB CODING
Role: Data or products items are loaded into browser of €IMDB along with barcodes &
retailer description & epics. Then products are coded according to schema Super Group, Product
Group & Modules. After that particular product is coded at module level and new Nan (Nielsen
Article Number) code is given to the product. Live coding/cross coding for IT items live on €IMDB
server, Loading of Epics, Updation of shared/locked NAN’S, Legacy validation, Generation of MIS
reports of €IMDB.
4) Coke & Pepsi Hub:
Role: Also worked for Coca Cola hub in which validation was done fosr specific categories (NAB)
and client instruction & NRSP instructions set up for them. Also helped the business development
team for supporting Europe for testing of any new process. Piloting new task that is planned to be
assigned to India, Preparing documentation for any process and existing process.
5) OGRDS Project- One Global Reference Data System: (CIP)
Before OGRDS €Imdb was the platform in which Live coding/Cross coding was done for
Western Europe countries, with the help of loading of epics, updating of shared/Loscked
Nans, Legacy validation, Generation of MIS reports of €Imdb. Reports was generated and
given to the clients Country wise. For OGRDS cleaning of data was done & then we were put
On OGRDS where the common data was available across the Globe for Global Clients. Eg.
Unilever, Coke etc. At present working as Global SME (SUBJECT MATTER
EXPERT) for assigned categories.
6. NRD: Normalized Reference Data:
Key responsibilities are QC for BAU activities 0f Non alcoholic Beverages. Manage performance
of individual associates and give feedback, conducting Training with category owners. Update
documents and process changes as per quality standards. Proactively resolving client query to
improve the client relation. Conducting weekly training with category owners. Handling various
query regarding new Products. COQ Measurement and Reporting. QC Calibration between QC team
