The document presents research on the design and analysis of a vibrating grizzly feeder (VGF) with a capacity of 1200 tph, utilizing finite element modeling (FEM) and modal analysis to assess its structural integrity and vibration characteristics. The analysis was performed using Pro-E and ANSYS software to determine natural frequencies and stress conditions under various operational loads, ensuring resonance does not occur during operation. The findings indicate that the designed VGF can safely handle the anticipated loads without exceeding material stress limits.
