Developed for an elementary school in Oregon for the Fuel Up to Play 60 program to run on TVs to encourage the children to select fruit.

4. Red fruits are full of Vitamin C which helps heal
cuts and sores and keeps your gums and teeth
healthy!

5. It’s a pomegranate!

6. These fruits are full of Vitamin A which keeps
your eyes and skin healthy!

8. Blue and Purple Fruits are really good for your
body and are full of anthocyanin (an-tho-sigh-a-
nin) which gives them their bright color!
It also protects the cells in your body from
getting hurt!

– If the fruit fits in your hand, then it’s one
serving!
