  • 26.  Given what we have heard from other counties, make a list on the back of your index card of what you need to do in planning your next event

Editor's Notes

  1. Each Individual in the session will need be issued 2 index cards for these activities.
  2. Data gathering helps determine ideas and structure the purpose for each event.
  3. If doing direct mailing control the target list and assume only a 10-15% return on the mailing. Thus if it costs $145 to send 100 pieces and you get $25 per return your profit would be $105 (10 pieces returned). It means you need to have an idea on the return before the expense is incurred.
