The project manager is responsible for strategic resource allocation and risk management coordination with stakeholders. They manage the project charter and ensure communication between the client, project team, and top management. Additionally, the project manager fulfills documentation and closure duties while facilitating value-oriented relationships both internally with organizational departments and externally with customers.
