will create a narrated presentation explaining the functional areas that
you have identified in your Coffee Shop business.

The Coffee Shop's daily operations fall under the purview of the Operations
department. This include keeping an eye on supplies, making sure that fresh
foods are available, and maintaining machinery. The Operations staff are also
in charge of managing the food and drink production and presentation.
Providing clients with effective and reliable service is their main objective.
2. Marketing and Sales
In order to promote VDD Coffee Inn and draw in clients, the Marketing and
Sales department is essential. They design advertising campaigns, formulate
marketing plans, and oversee social media accounts. In order to determine
consumer patterns and choices, this team also performs market studies.
Their objectives are to boost revenue generation, foster client loyalty, and
raise brand exposure.

Human Resources (HR) division. They are in charge of hiring, choosing, and

company's financial stability.
