2. What is FGD ?

 Flue-gas desulfurization (FGD) is a process of
removing Sulphur Dioxide (SO2) from exhaust flue
gases of fossil fuel power plants.
 Applicable for Sulphur oxide emitting processes
such as waste disposal.
