Analysis
Were the learning resources/materials arranged properly according to theirfunctions and
characteristics?
_The print resources such as books, magazines are arranged properly at the back, on the left
side of the room, and the ICT resources arranged at the top of the blackboard to be able to
center the whole class discussion and also the audio in the left side._
4. 4 | P a g e
Do the guidelines and procedures facilitate easy access to the materials by the teachers?
Why? Why not?
_Yes, because if ever that the materials are not facilitate by the teacher there an instances that
students not to followed the rules of proper using of this resources most especially in ICT
resources such as computer laboratory equipment’s, the student should be able to do what
they want but because of guidelines or procedure students are being guided and facilitate by
the teacher whenever the materials are non-electronics
What are the strengths of this Learning Resource Center?
_For me the strength of Learning resources center is knowledge by cooperation and
construction because all learning resources is one of the most important tools in education to
help students to enhance their abilities and individual accountability in such common tasks._
What its Weaknesses?
_The weaknesses of learning resources are overusing but not in good purposes, dull books the
students are bored to read their books, so they are motivated to use another learning resources
like computer, video and audio._
What suggestion can you make?
I can suggest to make it creative by using non-electronic learning resources such as poster,
manila paper etc. what do I mean by creative--- creative in a way of presenting by a video or
audio that students avoids impatient._
Reflection
1. Which of the materials in the learning resources caught your interest the most?

An Evaluation Report of a Bulletin Board
BulletinBoard Evaluated by: Luisito M. Gomez
Location: Near at the faculty room.
Brief Description of the Bulletin Board: The bulletin board display’s very important to all.
The bulletin board are made of lumber and have steel glass cover and it usually looks like
mini blackboard but it can used by posting information and reminders to all.
EVALUATION
Strengths Weaknesses
Observation:
In bulletinboarddisplaythe
mainand incanteen,it
shouldbe goodand well-
constructed accordingto the
creativityandinteractively
appearance thatmake
studentsattractiveness.
In bulletin board displays it needs to
change the position or location of the
bulletin most especially if the bulletin
is all about bullying, improve the
layout and distances of posters.
Judgments/Evaluation
of Educational content
and other aspects:
The bulletinboarddisplays
are goodin termsof
educational contentsuchas;
- The message of the
postersandgood
value of images.
- The lettersare seen
and understandable
ina wayof good

- It encouragesthe

characters.
In some reason bulletin board display is
good in content but there’s a thing in
proper posting of reminders or notes,
because I notice that bulletin board is
good in constructed but not in the
proper leveling of different topics or
message that will be posted already.
12. 12 | P a g e
- Good combination
of displays,design,
and many creative
and interactive
colors.
- Good makingand

about.
Recommendationor Suggestionfor improvement:
For me I suggest for good bulletin board, the faculty or even the students should plan
on adding a layout design on this displayed board and add more educational displays like for
example “tips on good learning habit” that will catch the attention of the students. As much as
students is concern, and promoting their good well, they need to enhance this bulletin board in a
way that students, teachers and even the outsiders could noticed it immediately and realizes those
things that this school provide. They need to add another, theme/topic and etc.
Signature of Evaluator overprinted name: LUISITO M. GOMEZ
Analysis
Did the board display design reflect the likes/interest of its target audience? Why? Why not?
_ Yes, in part of No Bullying Bulletin board because nowadays there are a lot of cases of
bullying among teenagers of different school. The board display (No bullying) catches the
interest of the students to avoid hurting or fighting with the others. But when it comes to the
reflection I think they are being good according to their moods.
13. 13 | P a g e
Was the language used clear and simple for the target audience tounderstand? Why? Why
not?
The language being used is English. There are some words that are very light to understand
because of good grammar.
What do you think was the purpose of the board display? Was it effective? Why? Why not?
_The purpose of boarddisplayisto be remindall studentsaccordingtothe school activitiesand
occasionsand alsoto give angood valuesabouteducation, andmanythemesoreducational topics,in
thislevel the message iseffectivetoall students/teacherswhowanttoengagedonthe mannerson it._
What suggestion can you make?
For the main bulletin board, always have a plan for it on different topics and creativity of
making, maybe as much as weekly or monthly, have maintenance on it, always increase the
reminders of letters to be posted and all students are being updated.
Base on your suggestion; propose an enhanced version of the display board. Use the form
below.
My Proposed Board Display
Theme:UPCOMING ACTIVITIES
Board Title:STOP, LOOK AND LEARN
Rationale: (Purpose): The purposedof my own board displayis to give an trivia all about the
followingactivities, forthe teacher, studentsand also to the stuffor outsider, they are able to see
what date or months to be prepared, I would like to put up an informative side of board that
could reflect the positive side of the school, and the joy in learning more of excitement.
Objectives: The student, teacher and stuff are updated to important eventsof the school.
The studentswill be able to perform the activity whichis beingposted.
14. 14 | P a g e
Best featuresof my proposedbulletinenhancement: I am going to use colorful materials, and a
design that could attract the target audiences. I would love to make it more entertaining for all
the audiences. I would love to put up some images, cute designs, legible cut out letters, and even
putting up a few images inside that displayed board in order for the students to share the
information they want the people know. This is also a way to give the students a freedom on how
they will use their resources.
ContentResources( Name each neededresource ad give each a briefdescription)
Colorful materials and the lay-out designs, the material to be used in here would be cartolina,
color paper, color pencil, highlighter, color pen, post it and etc. This will give a stimulating
attraction for the all the audiences, and used it to emphasize some information that is a must read
for the audience. This would also help attract even the young children of preschooler, and
elementary since at that young age, they love colorful things.
Materialsfor aestheticenhancement:
I would probably take the initiative to solicit some amount of money from my family
member or friends, explaining about the purpose of this money. If there will be an excess
amount, it would likely to be put as a savings for future materials that is to be used, especially
that I’d be want to change the content of this board after of the month and proceeding to another
theme for the following months. .
Reflections
Name at least 5 skills that a teacher should have to be able to come up with effective
board displays. Elaborate on why each skill needed.
Skills teachers need to create an effective board display could
include:
15. 15 | P a g e
1. Creative skill- the teacher needs to be creative on making bulletin boards in terms of
applying shapes and images for good layout content.
2. Grammar Skill – a teacher should be skilled in relation to grammar. The bulletin board will
be shown to different audiences and as much as possible they need to do well on spelling and
how the words are being connected.
3. Organization skill- the teacher has the creative and visualization skill, s/he needs to organize
her/his material way that could lead in a more balance way, that the audiences can easily absorb
what is being displayed all about.
4. Inspiration skill- the teacher is inspired to post educational images in the board according to
the gospel or good word of god.
5. Communication skill – a teacher should know to be good in communication; however they
also need to apply this skill in creating a board, because displaying materials in this board is
conveying a message, and this kind of act is a form of communication.
1. Which of the skills do you already have? Recall your past experiences I making board
displays. How do you practice these skills?
_The organizational skill andcreative skill because I can already practice it in a way of preparing myself
of making something that is useful through my abilities Through making a project, in school and
designing or decorating a classroom, I enhanced this skill.
2. Which skills do you still need to develop? Reflect on how you can improve on oracquire
these skills.
_ I am not confident enough when it comes to my Grammar Skills; I guess I need to work on this
through reading, and getting back on my lessons back then.

them?
24. 24 | P a g e
Yes, I have difficulties in planning for making most especially activity sheets, motivational
activity or games, for thinking of my own creativeness, I want that my students not to feel
bored in my activity, so being a teacher I will make sure that I’m able to motivate them to
answers my question because of good materials.
3. What tips can you give to the teachers regarding preparation of teaching materials?
In preparation of teaching materials, for the teacher he/she must be able to find first a
reference book that fits and suitable to his/her topic before making or preparing his/her
materials, another tip are think of the interest of your students to be able to engaged on it
through the possibilitiestheyare being active, and also followed the rules of the school, what
do I mean by that like for example your topic is all about “premarital and marriage” you need
to consider a materials that is not good instead of valuing what they learn all about.

of the students, it seems like the presentation are guided and giving a
motivational activity to enrich their learning through basic features of shows.
Reflection:
What difficulties, if any, did you encounter in making the slide
presentation? How did you overcome them?
In making the slide presentation, I don’t have any difficulties but in some
point, I don’t know how to improve my creativeness in making different slide
shows in my presentation, in good making of the slide and also for making or
adding good appearances for strength itself.

Learning materials are important because they can significantly
increase student achievement by supporting student learning. For example, a
worksheet may provide a student with important opportunities to practice a
new skill gained in class. This process aids in the learning process by allowing
the student to explore the knowledge independently as well as providing
repetition. Learning materials, regardless of what kind, all have some function
in student learning.
