The communities of practice of Schneider Electric are part of the knowledge management initiative. The value of the communities is measured at 3 levels: 1. Adoption and participation 2. Engagement and satisfaction 3. Efficiency Good news: Statistical analysis of the measurement shows that the value of our Communities of practice is decoupled from the distance between their members and the profile of their community leader. Communities are transversal to and independent of the organization (country, hierarchy).
