 Frank joined CPI in 2004. We were in the process of moving the company from Southern California to
North Las Vegas. We lost nearly 70% of our floor personnel and a number of key managers including
our previous quality manager. Frank took full responsibility for our quality systems and, although we
were ISO certified, our procedures were significantly lacking. Under Frank’s leadership our quality
systems over the next 4 years grew to be, in my opinion, world class.
 I personally observed Frank working very well with both his people on the floor and his co-workers.
 Frank also had excellent relationships with our key customers.

 Frank has the foresight to see potential problems weeks before they arise and steer the solutions that
avoid them. This may include changes to processes, materials, or personnel/equipment. This foresight
is extremely effective as it builds quality control into the process instead of simply inspecting at a few
points.
 Frank also has a communication style that constantly builds teamwork. He has a knack for keeping his
finger on the pulse without micromanaging.
