2. 3 Lessons I learned
• Accept your fault.
I am the type of person to never really admit my fault I always blame things on people or events. This
lesson taught me to own up to my faults and to be a better person. I am applying this in my life by just simply
saying ok it is my fault.
• Metacognition
In this lesson, I learned that studying but truly understanding by closing the notes and trying to teach yourself
the lesson. Trying different ways can help you find the best way to learn can expand time.
• Time management
This was an eye opener for me I didn’t realize I had so much time doing everything else because I always
complain about not having time. If you make time for it you can achieve anything. I also pinpointed that I
wanted to spend a little time preparing food and drinks for work so I didn’t have to waste money.
3. 3 Journals I enjoyed
• Journal 11
Writing out your dreams and goals in vivid details makes you focus on it more. I didn’t realize I wanted the
things I wrote about it until this assignment. To think of it I am probably going to take action to get closer to my
dreams. Instead of waiting for things to happen I will make it happen.
• Journal 13
Writing out what you did throughout the day and how much time you spent doing each activity gives a a good
review of what is important. In this journal, I found some adjustments I needed to my schedule to save money
by preparing my own meals. I liked that it dividedit into categories by placing important things towards your
goals and things that are not towards your goals. It made me realize I have other goals.
• Journal 23
I disliked this journal at first because I had to talk to myself. Upon doing the assignment I learned that I have
bad habits that I need to adjust. I also learned from this assignment that I have all it takes to answer my own
questions.
4. Favorite weeks
• I have really enjoyed week 2 and 3 because
they were the two weeks that contained what
I have learned mentioned in the above slides.
Goals, dreams, and time management. I now
know what is expected of myself to get closer.
5. Lessons I will take with me
• I will actually write out my time management that way I can squeeze in my goals. I
no longer think that I don’t have time for things. I qill make more time for
important things.
• I will also write down my goals. On pintrest there is a thing called a wish jar. I
thought it was kind of silly to write down wishes and throw it in a jar. Instead I will
write down my goals and throw it in there instead.
• One life long lesson is I will own up to my faults and mistakes. I often blame others
for my mistakes. I will now own up to my mistakes to make myself better.
