▪ Is a good way to wake up your organs and body
▪ Allows the lemon water to detox you in the morning
▪ Drink 30 minutes before breakfast
9. Getting your workout first thing in the morning is better
▪ You get your exercise, and then you have all day to focus on
other tasks
▪ It’s hard to hit the gym after work because at that point you
are not as motivated and other things come up that take your
attention
▪ Stretching is great too
10. Try to set a routine that works for you, while
implementing some, if not all, of these suggestions
into your morning routine. The key is consistency.
