If we through the question to a elderly parent some
15 years back, what could be his reaction !
• Doctor
• Engineer
• Civil Servants
• Government Jobs
• Professor
• Lawyer
Even the most lucrative Private jobs didn’t get that
much importance.
 Social security
 Status
 Financial wellbeing
 Lifestyle
 Regular Income
 Pension
 Provident Funds
 Medical Requirements & Emergencies
 Legacy towards next generation etc….
 It’s a kind of mantel blockage, which create dissatisfaction & agony among
the young people.
 Without having any interest one has to peruse a career according to his
parents. As a result he/she increase the number of unsatisfied individual of
the society.
 Any prospective possibility of inventions or innovations get lost.
 Become a person who only likes to follow the routine work and nothing else.
 Lack of entrepreneurship activity which diversely effects the development
process.
 Increases the no of job seekers then job givers.
 Destruction of Independent ideas.
 Increases the no of unemployed individual in the society.
 Government declaration of no pension rule for those who joined after 2005.
 Also influence the mantel tress conditions , suicide etc.
 Harm the social harmony, stability, satisfaction, bondage and creates an
environment of violence, self centricity, injustice.
 Let them go & grab the opportunities who get a Govt. job, can
peruse a career in Medicine, Engineering, Law or Academics, coz
after all those are still listed under “Nobel Careers”.
 But what will happen to the remaining 90% of the population
who are not that privileged !!
(In India approx 130 Cr people live)
So what the rest will do..??
To get the status of a “Developed
Nation”, we need trained professionals
for various fields; to take care of
production, service, marketing, sales,
distribution, law & order etc.
As per the statistics India needs more
then 2,00,00,000 trained professionals
by 2025 .
Now it’s time to look around for new &
innovative opportunities to make a
living.

opportunities are there in lower, middle
or higher level of management with
lucrative salary structure.
 Any graduate can apply & go for such a
job, only thing is the willingness of work.

people used to neglect sport
related activities as career.
 Now not only players but sport

Therapists, Instructors have got
a lots of opportunity to earn &
live a life of prosperity.

Displayers are on demand.
 Not everyone can be a doctor, but
now a graduate can avail a career

concentrate upon.

coming to penetrate the domestic
market.

demand for local products gave
the necessary boost to this

professionals are required in this

perfect candidate.

biggest job market.
