• First we have to running 5 minutes to prepared
the muscles.
STRETCH THE MUSCLES

•Then we have to stretch the muscles to
prevent the injuries, 1 minute. We strech
the head, the
arms and the
legs.
WARM UP THE BODY

• We warm up the head moving in circles, then we
warm up the arms, the knees and the toes making
circles.
GAMES
• After that we play the goalkeeper: that we play
that if one scores a goal he or she is the
goalkeeper.
GAMES
• German: you have to score a goal without the ball
falling to the ground. If you score a goal with the
ball touching the ground you are the goalkeeper, 5
minutes for each game.
