3. Locations
For my locations that I am planning on using will be a bridge I am going to be
using the bridge at round trees park it is located in Fulford York as this is where
I will be filming some of the night scenes. I will also be filming at Clifton
Moore by the cinema Vue car park as this is a quiet place during certain times
this works in my favoured as there will be less contingency as I won't need to
retake clips as many times as I would as there would be too much noisy.

4. Equipment
• Cannon camera- I already own one which allows me to spend more time gathering
footage for my music video
• Tripod- I will need to get one of these for my camera so I can get professional
footage where the camera will stay still and won’t sway in clips, I am able to get
one for free off my mate anytime I need it so I won’t need to spend any money on
it
• Phone- this is so I can keep all of my notes information such as locations I need to
go film in and more, I don’t need to get one as I already have one with all the
software that I need

5. Facilities
I will be editing my videos either at college or from home as I have all the software
and hardware that I need to be able to create my video as at home I have some
special equipment I can use such as a graphics tablet and more to make my overall
product look more professional. Other than this I don’t need any other equipment or
facilities to be able to create the product that I am wanting as I have all the tools that I
need.

6. Personnel
For my product I am only going to be using one actor he is one of my mates and he is
use to being in music videos and being filmed I have chosen him as he is not camera
shy, and he will play the role very well as it will suit him. I will not need to pay for
food/ travel as he lives in the area so we will be able to walk to them all and food I will
have to buy him I will only be needing enough for a meal deal. Other than this one
actor I will not need anyone else to help as I only need one person to help me to
create the music video.

I am wanting my actor to appear mysterious and dangerous to go along with the lyrics,
but I also want him to dress like this, so it won't reveal much to the audience when
they are watching the video about the person as I want them to learn throughout the
video what has happened to him/ what he is like.

10. Organisational Planning

When I am saving my work, I am either backing it up all on a memory stick, so I don't
lose it however if it corrupted or it didn't save properly on it, I am also backing it up on
one drive or I am emailing myself the work to ensure that I do not lose it. I have also
named all of my files to ensure that it is easy to locate the correct file that I am
wanting to find.

For my product I am only using one actor and then it is only going to be me who is
filming/ producing the music video as I am making one where it almost shows what
the character is going through as I matching the video/ footage up with the lyrics.

13. Location information
I have chosen these two locations for me to use due to the fact that I can record at any
time as I do not need permission from anyone to be able to film in either location. I
have had a look on multiple websites, and I don't need permission to film. Not only
that but these places are quiet to most other places as not many people go later at
night as this is the time that I will want to start filming for my music video.

My plan is to get all the video recording done in two weeks to leave me enough time
to edit the footage for my music video as I am going to be going over the footage
before I edit them, so I know if I need to retake any of the footage again.
