Flickr can be used by libraries to promote and enhance their services in 3 main ways: 1) Libraries can create a free Flickr account to share photos and videos with patrons, 2) Flickr offers social networking features to encourage comments and discussions about a library's photo collections, and 3) Libraries can create groups and pools within Flickr to organize their images and encourage community involvement.
