 These Device are basically GPS Devices, usually GPS Enabled Mobile Phones.
 Once we have a GPS Devices we can track that perticular Device with our GPS tracking system.

8. Import Device to GPS Tracking System
 In order to track location we first import the devices to our tracking system.
 Once the devices are imported our tracking system automatically tracks the decive.

9. Device Tracking & GPS Information
 The actual tracking information is maintained here.
 The tracking information includes name of the tracked device, the date of tracking, Geo Location,
the speed wtih which the vehicle was traveling and the address from where the device was
located.
 We can also maintain various reporting information.

10. Fuel Log
 This section contains logs of Fuel Transactions, amout of Transactions, and the responsible
persons data
 We can store the Fuel providers name, location and other relevant details.
 Journal entries are also maintained here.

11. Repairing & Servicing of Spares
 If a spare is faulty we can maintain all the details regarding the servicing & maintainance of that
vehicle
 We can also assign tasks to the Engineers related to the spares repairing
 Once the Spares are repaired we issue the spares back.

 All the Journals Details are maintained here viz. Fuel Log, Purchase Details etc.
