Objective:I am looking to start in a sales position, as I complete the last sections of my personal trainer
certifications by exam, and then further my career in health and wellness by also completing nutrition
certifications with ACE.
Customer Service Experience:I have over 10 years in various customer service positions, and sales
based positions. In addition to these customer service positions, I have worked in credit authorization
positions, call center environments, hotel front desk positions, and PBXoperator positions. I am currently
working to further my career in the following industries: screenwriting, entertainment, art, health, and
wellness.
Health, Fitness,and Nutritional Knowledge
David L. Katz, MD, MP,FACPM,FACP, FACLM: I actively follow the founder of the True Health
Initiative. I stay informed on the new statistics in health, and wellness. This Yale University School of
Medicine graduate also publishes articles covering the effects of certain diet routines, and articles that
focus on maintaining healthy diet options.
Sports Injuries:I have witnessed, and experienced numerous sports related injuries myself. I have
learned the general cold compression techniques, I have been lightly educated on the techniques for
properly rubbing out fluids and maintaining a tension free spinal area,and I have experience with
maintaining my personal health as a strategic cardio training boxer. I also have been lightly versed in
grappling, long distance hiking, and other contact sports.
Diabetics and Hypoglycemia:I was raised in a house of diabetics, and I myself have felt the effects of
hypoglycemia. Though I have no major health issues, I have taken the time to research proper diet options
for numerous health problems. I also assisted a diabetic in losing 23.6 pounds by simply changing his diet
to diabetic friendly options, heart healthy options, only preparing meals with fresh ingredients, and
motivating him each step of the way with a light cardio routine.
Natural Body Cleansing and Healing Foods:I will always stand by a healthy balanced meal plan being
the main key to maintain a healthy body, and I have also taken the time to research the benefits of fruits,
vegetables; and herbs and spices that can be easily found at all local grocery stores.
Personal FitnessGoals:I am aiming to get back to 10% body fat. I am also looking to become stronger
as a long distance runner, add speed to my distance training, and further tone.
