FIRST AND FOREMOST
• Matthew 6:33 But seek first the kingdom of
God and His righteousness, and all these
things shall be added to you.

that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and
giving of thanks be made for all men, 2 for
kings and all who are in authority, that we
may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all
godliness and reverence.

• Christians assembled on that day.
• Acts 20:7 Now on the first day of the week,
when the disciples came together to break
bread, Paul, ready to depart the next day,
spoke to them and continued his message
until midnight.

• Don't neglect this important day.
• Hebrews 10:25 not forsaking the assembling
of ourselves together, as is the manner of
some, but exhorting one another, and so
much the more as you see the Day
approaching.

• Decisions are inevitable. We must make them.
Joshua 24:15 And if it seems evil to you to serve
the Lord, choose for yourselves this day whom
you will serve, whether the gods which your
fathers served that were on the other side of
the River, or the gods of the Amorites, in
whose land you dwell. But as for me and my
house, we will serve the Lord."

FIRST PLACE IN YOUR HEART
Mark 12:29-30 29 Jesus answered him, "The
first of all the commandments is: 'Hear, O Israel,
the Lord our God, the Lord is one. 30And you
shall love the Lord your God with all your heart,
with all your soul, with all your mind, and with
all your strength.

• Colossians 3:1-4 1 If then you were raised
with Christ, seek those things which are
above, where Christ is, sitting at the right
hand of God. 2 Set your mind on things above,
not on things on the earth. 3 For you died, and
your life is hidden with Christ in God. 4 When
Christ who is our life appears, then you also
will appear with Him in glory.

FIRST AND FOREMOST
• Make God's priorities your
priorities
• Is God FIRST in your day, week,
money, and decisions?
• Is God FIRST in your heart?
