should be washed
thoroughly with soap and
running water, remove sand
or other substances.
Disinfect it by using alcohol
or hydrogen peroxide, rub on
an antiseptic and cover with
a gauze pad.
3. • A minor burn: cool the burned area in cold
water for about 20 minutes. If blisters appear, they
should not be burst.
•A mild cut: stop the flow of
blood by applying
pressure with a gauze and keeping the wound as high
as possible.
•When bitten or stung by an animal: go
to the doctor so they decide whether or not you need
a tetanus vaccine an antidote or a antihistamine or
put a bit of mud on it and press strongly.
