1) When calling for emergency help, provide your precise location, the nature of the emergency, the number of victims, your name, and the victims' ages and genders.
2) For severe bleeding wounds, apply direct pressure with a clean cloth until medical help arrives. Immobilize broken or dislocated bones before moving victims.
3) Signs of a drug overdose include abnormal pupil size, agitation, difficulty breathing, drowsiness, nausea, paranoia, staggering, sweating, unconsciousness, violent behavior and vomiting. Seek medical help immediately.
