colours influence to our health and mood.

Blue food can refresh your
mood before sleeping.
Orange food should eat if you have a
difficult exam to study for.
Green one should eat if you are feeling
very nervous about meeting someone.
Purple one should use if you are worried
about getting lines and wrinkles.
Yellow colour – if you’ve been feeling a
bit sad lately.
And if you are taking part in a
championship swimming match use
only red food.

underweight Eat three well-balanced meals and
three or four snacks per day.
overweight Eat less and take regular exercise.
tiredness Follow a low-carbohydrate diet.
indigestion Avoid spicy foods and eating fast or
late at night.
tooth decay Cut out sugary drinks and snacks.
dry skin Drink more water and eat more oily
fish, nuts and seeds.
lack of concentration Eat lots of iron-rich foods and have a
good breakfast.
frequent illness Eat foods rich in vitamin C.
