This paper proposes a system to differentiate between human-generated and AI-generated texts using stylometric analysis. The system analyzes text files and classifies writing styles by employing various clustering algorithms, such as k-means, k-means++, hierarchical, and DBSCAN. The effectiveness of these algorithms is measured using silhouette scores. The system successfully identifies distinct writing styles within documents, demonstrating its potential for plagiarism detection.
Introduction:
Stylometry, the study of linguistic and structural features in texts, is used for tasks like plagiarism detection, genre separation, and author verification. This paper leverages stylometric analysis to identify different writing styles and improve plagiarism detection methods.
Methodology:
The system includes data collection, preprocessing, feature extraction, dimensional reduction, machine learning models for clustering, and performance comparison using silhouette scores. Feature extraction focuses on lexical features, vocabulary richness, and readability scores. The study uses a small dataset of texts from various authors and employs algorithms like k-means, k-means++, hierarchical clustering, and DBSCAN for clustering.
Results:
Experiments show that the system effectively identifies writing styles, with silhouette scores indicating reasonable to strong clustering when k=2. As the number of clusters increases, the silhouette scores decrease, indicating a drop in accuracy. K-means and k-means++ perform similarly, while hierarchical clustering is less optimized.
Conclusion and Future Work:
The system works well for distinguishing writing styles with two clusters but becomes less accurate as the number of clusters increases. Future research could focus on adding more parameters and optimizing the methodology to improve accuracy with higher cluster values. This system can enhance existing plagiarism detection tools, especially in academic settings.

The pressure in a
CO2 extinguisher is

dry ice may shoot
out of the horn!

CO2s will frequently be found in laboratories, mechanical

CO2 is very cold as it comes out of the extinguisher, so it
cools the fuel as well.
Carbon dioxide is a
non-flammable gas

Fires can be very dangerous and you should always be
certain that you will not endanger yourself or others
when attempting to put out a fire.
For this reason, when a fire is discovered…
1. Assist any person in immediate danger to safety, if it
can be accomplished without risk to yourself.
2. Call 101 or activate the building fire alarm. The fire
alarm will notify the fire department and other building
occupants and shut off the air handling (A.C) system to
prevent the spread of smoke.
If the fire is small (and Only after having done these
2 things), you may attempt to use an extinguisher to
put it out. However . . . .However . . . .
32. . . . before deciding to fight the fire, keep
these things in mind:
1. Know what is burning. If you don’t know what’s
burning, you won’t know what kind of extinguisher to
use.
2. Even if you have an ABC fire extinguisher, there may be
something in the fire that is going to explode or
produce toxic fumes.
Chances are you will know what’s burning, or at least
have a pretty good idea, but if you don’t, let the fire
department handle it.

33. . . . before deciding to fight the fire, keep
these things in mind:

started? The time to use an extinguisher is at the
beginning stages of the fire.
4. If the fire is already spreading quickly, it is best to
simply evacuate the building.
As you evacuate a building, close doors and windows
behind you as you leave. This will help to slow the
spread of smoke and fire. Make sure that No one is
left inside before you close the doors.

34. Do not fight the fire if:
You don’t have adequate or appropriate equipment.
If you don’t have the correct type or large enough
extinguisher, it is best not to try fighting the fire.
You might inhale toxic smoke. When synthetic
materials such as the nylon in carpeting or foam
padding in a sofa burn, they can produce hydrogen
cyanide and ammonia in addition to carbon monoxide.
These gases can be fatal in very small amounts.
Your instincts tell you not to. If you are
uncomfortable with the situation for any reason, just
let the fire department do their job.

35. The final rule is to always position yourself with an exit
or means of escape at your back before you attempt to
use an extinguisher to put out a fire.
In case the extinguisher malfunctions, or something
unexpected happens, you need to be able to get out quickly.
