John is an experienced Investment Banker with analytical skills and international entrepreneurial mentality. Currently
Senior Advisor of Global Opportunities, a think tank, which discovers mid-market investment targets in competitive
sectors, identifies value drivers and promotes them to international investors as one-stop-shop in origination and ex-
ecution. Provides advice for business restructuring, commodities hedging, export growth, trade finance and quoting
companies in international stock markets.
As of 2013, John is Program Facilitator of the International Association of Financial Management, a non-profit organi-
zation providing high-end financial training and focusing on the development of the financial profession. Senior Advi-
sor of Eurocorp SA, founded in 1987, one of the oldest investment firms in Athens and Paris, with long-term focus on
specialized cross border capital markets and investment banking transactions. Senior Advisor of BCI Renewables, which
invests in renewable energy. Started career in Project Finance in Middle East with Kuwait Development Bank. For many
years with Citibank as Vice President in Corporate Banking handling some of the bank’s larger accounts.
He was part of the team founding Dorian Bank, then a Bank of Scotland affiliate and became initially Senior Ac-
count officer and eventually Private Banking Director. For many years he worked in Eurocorp, then an affiliate
of the French Banks Credit Lyonnais and Calyon (Credit Agricole) as Executive Director of Investment Banking
with significant activity both in Capital Markets and in Mergers and Acquisitions with more than 50 completed
transactions. Essentially a generalist, John has particular experience in financial services, renewable energy,

What are included in the training seminars? Registration Fee, training materials, lunch, cof-
fee and snacks in the morning and afternoon, and Certificate of Participation are included.
The prices do not include accommodation and 18% VAT.
Seminarvenue: The seminars are delivered at The Hilton ParkSa Hotel (Bayildim Cad, No:12,

Terms of cancellation: In case of cancellations, if you inform us 7 days prior to the date of
training, the payment will be refunded immediately within 1 working day. If there is less
than 7 days, the refund will be done after 30 % is deducted. Requests of cancellation less
than 3 days before the training will not be considered and no refund will be done. Amounts
that are deducted and not refunded will be invoiced to the company/person. Under the
condition that we are informed 3 days prior, date and type of training can be changed with-
out further requirements. The company retains the right to postpone or cancel the training,
or to merge it with the subsequent training if there is no sufficient number of participants
