This document discusses using Internet of Things (IoT) technology to monitor employee well-being and performance in human resources. IOT?
The internet of things, or IoT, is
a system of interrelated
computing devices, mechanical
and digital machines, objects,
animals or people that are
provided with unique identifiers
(UIDs) and the ability to transfer
data over a network without
requiring human-to-human or
human-to-computer interaction.

IoT basically works by using sophisticated technology driven devices all
connected on the same network and converging all data onto a single platform
which analyses only the useful data and provides managers with only the relevant
information.

Usually used in smart bands and monitors heart
rate, blood pressure and stress level of the person wearing it.

9. Passive Infrared Sensor (PIR sensor)
It is based on the principle of pyro electric sensors which are sensitive to infrared radiations that are generated
by a passing warm body and generates electrical signal. It is used to detect motion and movements.

1.CONVINCING THE EMPLOYEES: Main
challenge would be to convince the employees
about the idea and make them understand the
motive.
2. EMPLOYEE PRIVACY: assuring the
employees that their privacy will not be violated
and they are continuously being observed ,assured
that their data will be safe with the company.
3.SECURITY BREACH: multiple incidents
where hackers have unlawfully acquire the data and
have misused it so that proper protocols and
systems should be implemented.

hiring of additional workforce
and large servers for collection
and maintenance of data.
