 Jarvis is a online & offline gaming app which is a subsidiary
part of Jarvis Media Tech( an online advertising company).
Please visit our website -
http://www.jarvismedia.tech/
 Its a freemium app where some level of games will be
allowed to play offline or online .
 In online games, player can create its network worldwide to
play game (named as Jarvisian)
 Basically the aim of developing this app to promote
advertisement of clients of Jarvis Media Tech.
 Only free games will show relevant advertisements while
paid upper level games will be without ads.
Situational Analysis...
Goal – to achieve 1 billion app download
worldwide by 2020 and 10 million paid
subscribers
Strategy – freemium, real time analysis of player,
player will get extra points by referring
the app
Target customers – all those who are made for
games
Here we are having the real time data of online game player
IMPLEMENTATION...
• Company will launch this app by 20 august
2016 in India and by 1 January 2017 in U.S.,
U.K., China, Japan, Canada, France like 25 top
economical countries.
• Company will collaborate with big brands for
advertising after 1 lakh download of app.
• Company will reach to 20 brands in its 1st
phase by 30 Sept. 2017.
Control evaluation....
• Company should have a have growth of 200%
in first two year.
• App Download sustainability should be atleast
75%.
• Company should come into top 3 startups of
Indian economy.
