Michelle found the wiki to be the most time consuming tool to use, but also her favorite as it is a great collaboration tool. She plans to use it for her family's printing business and in the classroom. RSS was easy to set up and allows news to come directly to her. She found blogging would be most useful as a teacher to connect with others. Animoto allows users to easily create professional looking videos by adding music and pictures. Overall the course was a success, though the wiki proved most challenging due to the time needed. Moodle provided an easy to use online learning platform and Michelle would take another class.

- 2. Wiki http://culturalcuisine.wikispaces.com/ I love working with the wiki. It is a tool I have been using for several years. But I did learn a few new things. I worked on the wiki during this course for several hours. Up loading new information, editing the grammar, and changing the theme, color and text. I think it made the wiki look more professional.

- 13. Web Publishing Glogster – this is a fun tool to use for a lot of subjects. I made mine about Family Consumer Science. I added title, bubbles, color, font, text, images and video. The tool was lots of fun and will be easy for student to use. I did not find all utubes I wanted to use could be added. This caused a slight problem when making the glogster. I also found the web links I wanted to use also could not be uploaded. But over all this is a great and fun tool for student to present projects.

- 15. Moodle – online course I have created 5 moodles for my course, Basic Food, Foreign Foods, Advance Foods/Nutrition, Child Development, and Consumer Education. I will be creating a new one in the fall for Textiles and Fashion. I find the moodle a perfect tool to keep students on task. I have learned a lot of new information using this moodle. I have always been on the teacher side, it was different being on the student side. It made me do a lot a trial and error as a learner. I think this course has made me try things I might not have if I were in a traditional class with a teacher showing me each step. I enjoyed this type of learning. Spoon fed leaning is boring.( Plain English-Ha Ha) I found the chat room very helpful, this was the first time I ever used this tool. Plus even the last step I will learn how to upload this PP. Looking back I see how much I learned –thanks.
