Procrastination

Although on the article that “William Sydnor” wrote; he said
that the student that procrastinated still got a fair grade I still believe
that procrastination is the key to being a failure, eventually it will
catch up to you. In order to be successful one must manage time well
and if you learn this as a child it will stick to you.

For example: When I was in high school; my English class teacher
gave us a book report assignment that was do in a month. Me and my
friend were reading the same book so I ask if we could partner
together but as days went buy than turned in to a weeks I had already
started and finish before the due date she had yet to start when the
due date came along surprisingly she had manage to finish; we both
got an “A” but with her being so busy finishing the report at the last
min she had forgotten that we had a final test that same day and
didn’t study she got an “F” on the class, My point is, one assignment
does not determine your overall grade and procrastinating all the
time takes away from the other things you have to do. We need to
learn from our mistakes but if we continue on that negative path we
are never going to find out, our full potential.

Anyone can be a great student you just have to be motivated to
learned how to manage your time wisely, this will not only help you
throughout your years in college but also on your professional life
when you graduate. Always remember how you behave in college will
reflect how you will be seen on the outside world.
