Example:one time when my
Reporting Manager was giving me
some critical feedback about delay in
production , I wanted to explain him in
between that it was not my fault.
Instead I just listened him completely
and realized later, what I could have
done better. It really helped me to
improve. I believe him to improve my
working and sure him to minimize the
delay in production .
Example: Recently while
casting of a new Grade in
slab my reporting manager
guide me to follow some
instructions as this was very
critical grade . And I sure him
about my job and finally the
grade cast smoothly .
 Example: Recently while representing my
department in the monthly meeting, I was
challenged a lot by a senior on how a task was to
be done. I maintained my cool and was able to put
together my point logically and convinced the
senior to do the task my way . The same later
yielded good results for the pruduction
