Voicethread is a program that allows users to take a presentation like PowerPoint, video, or image and make it interactive by allowing viewers to leave comments in five different ways. It can be shared easily on websites and turned into a downloadable movie file. The free version of Voicethread allows basic use, but paid upgrades provide more features. PBL Checklists is a free online tool that teachers can use to generate customized checklists based on their project guidelines to help students stay on track and facilitate self-evaluation. Both technologies support analyzing, evaluating, and creating cognitive skills from Bloom's Taxonomy.

 This can be very beneficial because I, as a
teacher, can use it, as well as my students can
use it. After someone creates a Voicethread,
it can be opened up so that the whole class or
other classes can comment on the
presentation. This allows for students to
have to take up less class time, still allowing
for feedback on presentations. It also allows
the teacher to review the presentation over
and over again at home for grading purposes.
