PURPOSE
The main theme of the “MY HOME TOWN “ is to
engage the students with some duties rather than
wasting time, which indeed helps them to become a
responsible citizen.
Provide different sectors of jobs[government,
startups, commercial shops, accounting]
PROBLEM
“TIME & TIDE WAIT FOR NONE”
Due to the expansion of machinery ,man power
decreased which leads to unemployment.
In today’s scenario students know how to waste their
precious time but don’t know spending it
productively.They are addicted to social media and
thus forgot their duties towards the society.
SOLUTION
The best solution begins by enrolling in the app.This app
links with various divisions.
By using this app every enrolled candidate will be able to
earn money which helps in developing our city and make
miracles.
This also saves their time from searching for a candidate
because our app contains the candidates who are ready to
work in shops or government offices or accounting or etc.
It further provides the best oppurtunities to succeed in life.
WHY NOW?
We don’t have this type of implementation in A.P .
It takes a lot of time to search for a specific job,but
this app contains the jobs for all sectors which
makes easier .
It follows the heirarchical inheritance .
It is written in a simple programming language.
MARKET SIZE
• The right place to implement our idea in our own hometown i.e
in guntur and vijayawada.
• We would render our services to start ups, commercial shops,
corporate offices based on their jobs availability etc., within
period of one year in the local market.This is our short term
target.
• we would further like to expand our services to other districts
and states around guntur and vijayawada which is our long
term target.
• we would link up with more startups ,corporate
offices, commercial shops etc around the local market
to provide more number of jobs to the registered
members based on their interests.We also provide
employability to many people based on their age
group.
COMPETITION
 There are some competitors for some part of our idea.
The basic difference is that they focus only on the jobs
related to startups and software companies but we not
only focus on startups but also on government jobs,
internships, and commercial stores.
 The main advantage is that one can choose the job on
the basis of their interest and expectations.
PRODUCT
 This is an app.It provides a great platform for all the
enrolled ones.Candidates who enroll in the app can
access the following:
One can ask the queries about the product which helps
us to identify the stakeholders,multiple view points.
Our app seek the advices of the enrolled customers
which helps to know the requirements and efficiency
of the app in the running world.
Our app involves the requirements with more priority
and seek FTR validations.

when link up with the job seekers.It costs about 20
percent of the salary that they give to the candidates.
We act as a medium between them and take the
responsibilities from the time of enrollment to that of
getting into a job.
The other thing is we also allow to advertise in our
app and we cast a minimum cost.
