Currently based at Mugiemoss Warehouse. Duties include supervising warehouse operations staff,
meeting deadlines for operational departments, systems checks, guidance training for on site staff
Working independently or as an integral part of the team to complete operational requirements
Lead and supervise the warehouse staff in day-to-day operations whilst maintaining
administration duties as required
Provide guidance, conduct familiarization training and on-job-training for new staff on in-house
systems and/or the working procedures to ensure the new staff learn and contribute effectively
to the operation
Monitor the overtime consumption of direct reports and ensure there is no abuse and
falsification of overtime and provide the accurate overtime submission to warehouse
management and administration.
Respond to all enquiries and feedback from internal staff and provide responses in a fast and
professional manner, and to ensure adherence to applicable procedures and performance
standards.
Perform system check periodically to ensure all receipts/despatches including data transactions
