I have been working with various online firms for youth awareness and social uplift. I am
also an active student member of Confederation Of Indian Industry Young Indian
Organization as Chairman in Skill Development. I have also been a beta tester for
Google and Microsoft.

What is your motivation for this venture?
Motivation for my venture would be lac's of students who are studying or rather mugging things,
who are supporting Lokpal even without knowing the basic of it. My motivation would be providing
each of them with proper awareness to their disposal. So that each and everyone could get the
desired piece of knowledge in just some clicks. I am highly inspired with works of people like Mr
Anshul (Founder and editor of www.youthkiawaaz.com) who are working for youth awareness.

Brief business description
Business is its correct terms are something by which one can earn in the wake of services
provided to the client or the customer. However, if we revive the definition of business I
would say business is something which would lead to monetary gains by emphasis on the
human development, growth and sustenance.
My project involves building of website for youth awareness. It would involve bringing
together best media persons and journalists and work for the upbringing of the social
platform. My motive is youth awareness. Initial development of website will be followed
by earning using Google ads and other advertisement.
The final step of earnings is to start a primary and secondary school in any of the village
which lacks schools and this school would be supported by the business generated by the
website. School fees would be minimum. School would aim more on practical platforms
rather than on theoretical concepts which are usually spoon fed.
What is the issue / pain point that your product / solution will address
The main issue with which my project deals is re-empowerment of education and awareness. I have been to
various places in India and have judged according to my experience that people are unable to get the
information they deem too. There are thousands of news channels but none of them are sufficiently enough
to provide right kind of knowledge or to be more precise information.
The solution would be my project which will deal with both the problems of Awareness and education. The
broader the business the higher reach it would have on the people of the country. Proportionally knowledge
and awareness level will increase.
What is the size of the market opportunity
Vastness of the market on web, is the range of people my project will be
dealing with. To be witty enough, my project which would be a website
initially has a knowledge and accessing base around the globe. More the
consumers, higher the profit, better the education system will become.

As discussed above the project is enshrined because of its capability to cater people in different
parts of the world at the same time. Secondly, its benefits wont be used for surplus lavish
wastage, however, they would in turn again be applied for the mass development of students
knowledge base.
What is the value proposition
The consumers are getting ready made information in hand. What they have to do is to just log in
into the site. As the members would grow for the website, similarly the number ads would pay us.
This pay is something which will serve a mass purpose.
Site would be User friendly and will not require and special configuration to be accessed. This will
make it far more accessible then sites which are heavy and techie enough.
What is your sustainable competitive advantage?
Competitive would be a meager word for the issue with which the project is dealing. Here the sole
player would the website and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) which would be displaying my
website in the best possible places as far as search results are considered. As I wrote above
when people get handy knowledge then they would be used the site. Ranging from youth
awareness initiatives, to term papers of school and college children everything would be
incorporated in the site.
Business model: How will you make money from this business opportunity?
Money would be the by product of the services which we will be providing. Firstly
the site which will be visited by the users would add up to our benefit when they will
click on ads associated to the site. These ads would certainly pay us in huge
amounts. Secondly, the school which will be established further would also be a
source of good income as well education uplift in rural areas.
Competitive landscape: Who are you currently or in future likely to compete against?
Currently my competitor would be all those who are working in the field of social
entrepreneurship. The bloggers who are working on it. However, currently there is not
much competition regarding this subject because each site basically deals with one
subject and here I am dealing with all probable subjects. In future as I can predict there
would be good deal of competition because people are getting more and more aware

Risk factors
Risk factors which would be incorporated would be only the case in which
we fail to promote or prioritize our website leading to decreased hit rate on
the ads which will in turn lead to low monetary gains. Otherwise there are
no other risk factors included in it.

In the next 12months I hope to have a large group of writers, writing
articles for my website. If the profits are high, then it I would even look at
paying them honorarium.

will the funds be used for?
Whole of the funds will be utilized in building and development of website. I seek a
budget of 1.5lakhs for the overall maintenance and development of the website.

Co-operation, Technical assistance and registration process of the

What are your specific plans for the next 12 months?
A good team, a good zeal of social up gradation, a bit of fame as social entrepreneur,
people eyeing our project as something for the people.
In the due time, I plan to bring people together from different platforms varying
from technical, journalism, mass media, literature etc and there by ensuring idea
and knowledge exchange. Innovation, knowledge exchange, social awareness,
improvising educational setups would be the definite ones. Setting up of school
would absolutely take sometime, an year or two.
