Educational planning is a process that involves preparing and arranging for instruction and training to help students acquire skills and knowledge. It involves forecasting the future needs of an educational institution to help achieve its vision, mission, goals, and objectives. Educational planning must account for changes in the target student population's size, age, gender composition, and geographic distribution over time.

Educational planning is a process of making arrangements or preparations to facilitate the training, instructions or
study that leads to the acquisitions of skills or knowledge or the development of reasoning and judgment.
It is the forecasting of the future in order to achieve its vision, mission, goals and objectives of a certain institution.
It deals with a target population which is constantly changing in number, age and sex composition and geographic
distribution.

Why I quoted the above quotations that because that’s the answer why education planning is important.
Without planning, we cannot move our education, that’s it.
It’s a way of making things ready for the achievement of one’s goals, purposes, desires, targets and or mission in
education.
As a teacher, I will try to be part in achieving the goals in our school especially in academic achievement. I should
always be in the target of reaching high in every contest participated by my pupils which will happen only if I will
not fail to train them.
My time should not be limited if needed or in the exigencies of the service.
My ultimate aim in teaching should be for the accomplishing of the target not far from the desired aim if not the
top.
Participation in every projects/programs should be done and not becoming indifferent but always supporting the
leaders in school for the attainment.
