Introduction:
Educational planning serves as a vital tool in shaping the
future of education systems. It provides a clear direction for
how schools, teachers, and resources can be organized to
meet the learning needs of students and the development
goals of society. Through careful planning, education
becomes more inclusive, accessible, and responsive to
changes in population, technology, and labor demands.
Ultimately, the purpose of educational planning is to ensure
that education not only improves individual lives but also
drives social progress and national development.
