PDHPE teaches important life habits like healthy eating, exercise, and self-esteem to primary school children. It covers a broad range of topics through activities like dancing, cooking, sports, and road safety presentations. PDHPE enhances skills like teamwork, communication, and decision making while also supporting other subjects such as math, literacy, and creative arts. The most important goal is for children to have fun learning through physical activity and health education.

1. Why teach PDHPE in Primary
School?
Good Habits should be developed early in life. Through the
inclusion of PDHPE in the school curriculum, children will be
exposed to the importance of movement, healthy eating,
nurturing friendships and positive self-esteem.
