Final Partnership Evaluation
2. Management and coordination
We are very proud of our Coordinator, they made amazing efforts, working with a lot of
patience and always willing to help everyone.
As wrote in the evaluation form we can’t find negative aspects concerning thier job!
This kind of work and organization of tasks, duties and responsibilities it should be taken
as an example by each partner (suggestion of Simone!!).
We would like to resume and show the work done by our partner with these two images
that represent very well the idea of good management and coordination… you are
perfect leaders and group of workers.
Those are you!!!
3. Meetings
For all of us every meeting is unforgettable, remember that is has been
our first European experience and we are very proud to made that with
all of you!
Every mobility for our learners represented a great occasion to open
their minds, explore new languages, new cultures and get in touch with
new friends.
We would like to mention the kick-off meeting in Romania, it was so
exiting for us… and we really thank the Romanian team, when we came
back at home we were at the same time little bit scared by the new
challenge but glad to be part of this partnership. We also appreciated
the supervision made during every meeting by our coordinator, very
helpful overall for us that never received a so many people from so
many countries.
5. Communication and cooperation between
partners
At partnership level was great, clear, polite, exhaustive, punctual. In other words…
flawless!
Every partner made several efforts during these two year… chi più, chi meno!!!!
Maybe we had a lack of communication between partners, with someone we never wrote
directly but in another case was excellent, for example with the German team.
Positive aspects
-Continuous during the entire project
-Polite and always with great and
understandable information
Negative aspects
-No many messages between all the
partners
-Lack of use of social media
6. Project results
The Guide realized within this project can be very helpful for our stakeholders and we
look forward to introduce it in our local community, in associations, family associations,
school, educators, training centres.
We have the idea that now we really must disseminate the guide and the website in the
best way, first of all between our community and then spread it through our European
nets.
Importance of the e-book/digital version!
Only positive aspects!
7. Dissemination
For what concern the dissemination we realized that every partner developed activities,
workshops, meetings, symposiums, conferences, meeting with other organization and it
was very important to get access to our project and our works.
Maybe we should use more social devices and channels to give more visibility to the
project. It’s very important also to share our best practices in a fast and accessible way.
At the end the difference nature of the organization allowed to set up various
dissemination activities, achieving the best results.
We tried to involved more different actor as possible and we want say thank to the
Municipality of Umbertide, Ass. Lucignolo, Slow Food Italia, InformaGiovani, Association
of Parents, Public schools of Umbertide, cultural association of Umbertide, all our
learners and trainers, associates that helped us to create a “feeling of Europe” in our
town!
POSITIVE ASPECTS
-Large number of partners
-Different dissemination activities
NEGATIVE ASPECTS
-Lack of use of social media
-We must provide visibility to our
website
8. Evaluation
For us it’s has been an unbelievable experience, we hope to repeat it once more (at
least).
For us was the first time that we receive a lot of people from many different countries
and we are glad to say that we were able to bring the Europe in Umbertide. Thanks for
that.
Our final evaluation it’s very good, from every points of view, and it’s only thanks to
everyone of you… and thanks the great job done by our coordinator that deserves one
more thank you… we learned a lot from their approaches, way of work, patience, and
way to interact with every partner!
