1. YOUNG ENTREPRENEURS – IT’S US
YOUTH EXCHANGE
FOUNDED BY
ERASMUS+ EUROPEAN
UNION
Young people have great and
innovative ideas. We saw, that
during exchange called "Young
Enterpreneurs" in Bakuriani
organised by FRSP and Youth
Association Droni, that was
completed as a part of
Erasmus+ programme.
39 People from Poland, Georgia,
Armenia, Ukraine, Portugal and
Germany took part in the
project, which aimed to teach
people how to transform their
hobbies into business ideas.
These were a very special 8
days, which allowed us to
learn about that are necessary
to start and run a business.
During the project, we
developed entrepreneurship
skills, teamwork and
leadership skills.
One of the best experiences in our life....
It's worth mentioning, that each day started
with icebraker games and energisers, which
know each other better and stay focused
during the sessions. At the end of each day we
met in reflection groups to evaluate our day. It
was a very important part of fhe exchange
since evaluation is very important part of every
buisness.
Thanks to special activities prepared by
experienced leaders from each country you had
enough opportunity to work on buisness ideas,
basic networking skills and marketing.
2. YOUNG ENTREPRENEURS – IT’S US
Later, during project we were assigned to work on an commercial campaign. It was great
that we were creating the advertising campaign in the international teams. How did we do it? It
all started with the brainstorm during which we all shared our ideas. Each one of us had his own
perspective on it, and that allowed us to create something unforgettable and original. As a result
we came up with interesting leaflets and funny commercial videos, like "Super Duper Power
Shower" or "All-purpose Rock". This exercise connected practical knowledge and fun. That was
real fun and practical lesson.
During the study visit we had pleasure to meet the owner of the hotel, who shared with us
her experience. She talked about the difficulties which she faced during creating her own
buisness. We took part in workshops dedicated to creative thinking and making buisness plans.
"Bake and Bike", "Drone the delievery". Rings a bell? These are our first local buisnesses. Who
knows, maybe first local and then global?
Thanks to the project we have improved our social, digital, interpersonal and language
competences as well as negotiation and leadership skills as we know soft skills are more and
more desired on the job market. Moreover, thanks to the project we have learned to understand
and respect cultural differences and how to communicate with people from different cultural
backgrounds. The youth exchange has just raised awerness of other cultures and enhanced
tollerance and mutual understanding.
We want to share our experience with other young people. That’s why we’re planning to arrange
meetings in schools and universities, during which we would gather a lot of young people that
are planning to create their own businesses. We are also preparing an article for the local
newspaper, so that even more people are aware of projects like this one, and were not afraid to
take advantage of them. It’s very important to us, to make as much young people open up to
international relationships as possible .

The first day was very
impressive. After having
breakfast we started our first
session the point of which was
to get to know each other.
Each of us gave an adjective
starting with the first letter of
our names based on our
characters. Therefore it was
easy to remember the names
of the participants.
Then we had a team
building activity which
helped us to become more
ready to work within teams.
Also, we created reflection
groups to talk about our
expectations and thoughts.
At the end of the day
we talked about the
program and made a
code conducts to
follow during all the

The most impressive part of the day was our special guest. We
had an opportunity to ask him different kind of questions
about entrepreneurship and hotel businesses to figure out key

Bakuriani as well. So summarizing we can say that we enjoyed
the day fully and had a nice informative session.

16. At the beginning of the project we had the possibility to get
to know the other participants, from energizers, and
strengthen bonds by creating working teams. Throughout
the week we were allowed to work with all the participants
in different groups, themes and projects.
Every evening was cultural in some way, with all the
countries representing their culture through games, videos,
food, leisure, music, dance, history, customs and traditions.
Given the theme of the project, several lectures and
activities concerning Young Entrepreneurs were held, this
being the main objective of the exchange. In different
groups, we created innovative companies, came up with
creative ideas, learned how to do the marketing of a
company, how to deal and solve the problems, how to turn
a hobby into a professional job, the possibility to have
speeches with professionals in the area that gave us several
tips for our personal and professional future. The daily
games and energizers contributed to a better group
dynamic, better complicity between participants, how to
respect others and understand all perspectives.
In addition, one of the activities provided us with a visit to
the city of Bakuriani through a pleasant walk, as well as
getting to know another hotel and having a conversation
with its owner and how she runs it.
Everyday at the end of the afternoon, we always had a
space for reflection where we could vent about the day, the
positives and negatives, sharing our feelings and emotions
in a respectful way.
During meals and coffee breaks we could relax and socialize
with the whole group, thus gaining friendships.
This exchange was very useful for us to improve our
English, networking, become better professionals in the
business area, learn more about the surrounding culture
and interesting curiosities, get to know different countries
and gain life experience and independence for the future.
17. this Project was the first step for me in international projects. The
